We begin with a conversation about your business, goals and constraints. You do not need a specification ready: we create it together, then I propose a scope, budget and schedule. Development moves forward in stages, with regular demonstrations, testing and a carefully planned launch.

As a guide, a simple platform may take 4 to 6 weeks, while a more comprehensive application may need 3 to 6 months. The timeline depends on the features, tools to connect and existing systems. Once your needs are clear, we agree on a realistic schedule and adjust it together if the scope changes.

I can continue supporting your solution with maintenance tailored to your needs: updates, fixes, backups and technical support. This service is optional. We agree on what it covers, along with any hosting or future development needs, so you know what support to expect.

The budget is estimated based on the features, integrations and work required. My rates start at €90 per hour, with a daily rate of €630, both excluding VAT. I offer a fixed price for a clearly defined scope or daily billing for work that evolves over time. The quote sets out what is included before work begins.
